How do I find all my sites / add more sites?

Each website in your account has its own dashboard view with various information specific to that site. To choose a different site to view or edit, just click the arrow to the right of site you're currently viewing:

I Forgot My Password, How Can I Reset It?

Just enter the email address you use to log into NAPA and we'll send a password reset link to that email account. If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, be sure to check the spam or junk mail folder in case it wound up there.

How Do I Remove or Change the Footer?

Every website built with NAPA includes a footer that links back to NAPA. You can remove or change this link and customize the footer with additional content that will display on each page of your site. The option to customize the footer is included with all of our paid subscriptions, so be sure you've upgraded your website first.

I Can't Upload Images or Files!

Having trouble uploading a file or image? Take a look at this short troubleshooting guide to get back on track. Note that you should use this guide only if you've received an error message regarding an image / file upload or if the option to upload files appears to be broken in your account in some other way.

Update a Domain's WHOIS Info

The International WHOIS Database is a searchable index that displays the contact information for the owners of every domain. Updating the Contact Information for your domain alters the info shown in this WHOIS Database. These changes can be made via the Domains page in your account. Go to the Domains page and click the more icon (. . .) for the domain you'd like to update.

Manage DNS Records?

To make changes to your DNS records, go the the Domains page in your account and click on the domain you want to work with. Here you can modify the name servers and DNS records.

If you decide to host your website somewhere other than NAPA, then you'll likely be given instructions on which records to change.
